The Center for Biofilm Engineering has a wealth of experience in industrial research. As the world’s premier university-based research center for
biofilm issues, the CBE works closely with industrial sponsors on both fundamental and
applied research and testing projects. The CBE takes a cross-disciplinary approach to problem solving, with a direct focus on the development and use of standardized research and testing methods to insure accuracy and repeatability. The following links describe some examples of recent industrially sponsored work at the CBE, as well as workshop training opportunities to assist industry researchers in gaining knowledge to apply in their own labs.
